"Don't wanna," she said.

"Go on. Take off your clothes," he said.

"Nope," she said. "Don't wanna."

"Whatever," he said. "I'm out."

"Wait," she said.

This is too easy, he thought, and drew the blinds.

Self-help

A friend confided in me that the only thing he's ever found that quiets the voices in his head is posting new material to his blog.

"That doesn't mean it will happen for everyone," he told me.

But I think I feel better already.
